Buddy, Puppy and Madagascar....

For those of you who know Maddy should also know Buddy. Buddy goes EVERYWHERE with us! Recently Madison has also latched on to Puppy or Ruff Ruff. I've had to make a few Walmart runs to rescue one of them. Yesterday I visited a secondhand children's store while trying to kill some time. They had a pack'n'play full of "free" toys. Madison spotted an old, pink, slightly ugly stuffed cat that she just had to have! She named it Madagascar and it has not left her side! Madagascar goes down the slide with her, sits at her high chair, rides in her carseat, and sleeps clutched in her arms. I'm just waiting for an opportunity to steal Madagascar away for a bath in the washing machine!

Madison has changed a lot in the last two weeks. Her favorite phrases are:

"I'm too big!"

"I'm scared!"

I'm pretty sure she doesn't understand either phrase.

I'm afraid she has spent way too much time alone with me in the house. She doesn't want to go outside or anywhere for that matter. When I take her to kid groups she sits in my lap and refuses to participate! I really wish I had more friends for her and more things for her to do! I'm at a loss.....any suggestions?
