I love to post pictures but I seem to forget to actually blog.
It all started about a week ago. I put Madison to bed and went into the family room to watch some fabulous "That 70's Show" with my hubby. About a half hour later I walked past Madison's room and could hear her babbling away. "Mama, Cortney Heintz, Mama, Daddy, Shasta, Belle.........." you get the idea. :) Pretty much every night since we have huddled outside her door and laughed our heads off. Madison loves Disney Princesses. Lately she has been on a Cinderella kick. She has even nicked named her beloved Buddy "Cinderbuddy!". Anyway, that night went something like this "Buddy, Cinderbuddy, Cindermadison, Cindermama...". It was sooo cute!
Every night after I've put her in her crib and I'm rubbing her back, Shasta likes to barge in. Frustrated, I always yell "Jace" and Jason comes and scoots her out. Now when I put Madison in her crib she always refers to Dad as "Jace" or "Jason". Hoping he'll come save her, she continues to call for "Jace, Jace!".
I'm not sure when she became so smart. She likes to point out when she hears a "noise" she doesn't know and she likes me to explain what it is. She also used "noise" and "sound" in the same sentence trying to get her point across. I'm sure this all sounds like a load of babble but everyday I am truly amazed at how much my 21 month old knows and understands.
