Madison had been sick all last week and I knew something was wrong but she didn't act sick enough to bring to the doctor. Friday (the 13th...coincidence? I think not :) ) we spent the night in Missoula. The poor kid was warm and coughed all night. Saturday my brother called me after his son fell climbing onto the counter where he smacked his chin and ended up spitting out TWO TEETH!!! Meanwhile my niece was laying on the couch sick with the flu! Sunday night (well, technically Monday morning) we took Madison to the ER and found out the not only did she have croup but a double ear infection!!! She had woken up coughing and starting vomiting. I couldn't wait another minute to take her to the doctor so the Doc. received a lovely visit from us at 2am! He didn't seem to pleased. Too bad for him! Since the town of Polson shuts down at 6pm we got to walk right in, see the doctor, and they handed us her prescription of antibiotics, and we were home within an hour!!! After each trip to the ER Jason reminds me that we can't get service like that in a big city! :) Anyway, Monday evening my mom called to tell me my other nephew fell and hit his ear on a coffee table and split the top of his ear. It was so bad the clinic sent him to the hospital where the did 7 stitches!!! As my mom pointed out, last weekend officially took out ALL of her grandkids! it is a good thing we are going to UT next week :)

Holy cow! What a rough weekend! Jonathan had croup last month and it took FOREVER for that cough to go away (about 3 weeks). Hang in there!
Hope things get better for little Maddy :( I love all the new pictures, keep them coming! Oh where did you get that awesome brown rug in Maddison's room? I love it!
Sheesh...what a bad week but I'm glad that it is over!
