Today was a very long day! First off I'd like to give a "shout out" to AAA!!! I don't know what I would do without them!!! Our adventure started at around 12:30 pm today when we left our house to go get Madison's ears pierced. About halfway there we got a flat tire and pulled into Sherwin-Williams. The good folks there not only let us camp out for an hour and a half but also helped Jason try to get the lug nuts off the tire. After many failed attempts we called AAA. Meanwhile, Madison had the wonderful experience of being changed under the table (where you look at wallpaper swatches) while we waited. The tow truck guy came and couldn't get the lug nuts off (they were cross threaded) so he towed us to Good Year. The wonderful people there let me feed Madison in the Manager's Office while it took them two hours to get the correct lug nuts from the dealership. Finally, about four hours after leaving our apartment we arrived at Claires. Madison did pretty good with the first ear but wasn't too happy with us after the second ear was pierced. All in all she was quite the trooper! She cried for a few minutes then gave us smiles and giggles the rest of the night. I took more pictures but this post won't let me upload any more!

That is sooo cute that you got her ears pierced. Did she freak out? Well at least she won't ever remember it right?! Sydney always is talking about how she doesn't have holes in her ears like mommy does so maybe I should have done it then too. I hope she wins the contest.
What a QTPIE!
