Okay, so I keep thinking I need to throw fun holiday parties but what I really need are more friends like Michelle C. to throw fabulous parties for me!!! My cousin Brittain gave me great advice "Start with low expectations", but what she should have said was "Have no expectations!". After cleaning the house and spending what felt like a bazillion dollars the party was about to start. In good Mormon fashion everyone that arrived came about a half hour late. I couldn't find the Halloween movie I had just bought (I eventually found it), my caramel for the apples didn't turn out (Jason had to go buy more), we didn't buy enough dry ice, and Madison was freaked out by the cute little girl in the Kitty outfit. By the time I got done fixing caramel, picking up cups of root-beer all over my living room, and saving Madison from the Kitty, everyone had to rush home and I didn't get one picture! It might be a while before I try that again. The fun part of the night was before the guests arrived. I slipped Madison into her Tinkerbell outfit and she started posing like a princess! It was sooo cute I had to take a million snapshots! Enjoy...
